Delete Your Mindgem Account

You can request deletion of your Mindgem account and associated personal data.

How to request deletion

1. Open the Mindgem app and go to Profile/Settings → Delete account, or
2. Email support@mindgem.app from your registered email with subject: Delete my Mindgem account

What will be deleted

• Account and profile information
• Account-linked app data

What may be retained

Limited data may be retained only where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Processing time

Verified requests are processed within 30 days.
